The focus of this program is to develop confidence, improve technique, and introducing simple team flows.
Players will strengthen the core skills such as forearm passing, setting, serving, and basic footwork. Through age-appropriate drills and small-sided games, athletes will learn how to apply their skills in game situations while continuing to develop coordination, communication, and court awareness.
The program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment of the sport. Whether athletes are returning from a previous season or have learned the basics elsewhere, this program helps players to advance their skill level.
Key focus areas include:
Working on direction of passing, setting, and serving skills
Learning proper footwork and positioning on the court
Introduction to frontline attacking concepts
Modified games to build understanding of game flow and rules
