Players will work on advancing their skills such as serve and pass, jump set, overhead and jump serving, controlled attacking, and defense.

Improving ball control and consistency under pressure
Advanced serving techniques (float, jump float, introduction to jump serve)
Attacking mechanics, approach timing, and shot selection
Defensive systems, reading plays, and transitioning effectively
Introduction to offensive systems and positional responsibilities
Competitive scrimmages to apply skills in game-like situations
